the story

This work began in movement.

A background in dance opened the door to yoga, breath, and sound — and to a simple question: how the body holds what we live through, and how it learns to let it go.

Underneath it was a personal search for balance. Stretches of anxiety, low moods, and feeling disconnected led me to practices that slowly brought me back to myself.

Through burnout and injury, sound became a natural next step — a way back to rest without force or effort. Gongs, singing bowls, and gentle frequencies make room to slow down, to feel, and to find some balance again.

Everything I offer holds one intention — nothing forced, nothing to achieve, just room to slow down and meet yourself as you are.

The 230-hour Daoist Flow training drew it all together — somatic movement and anatomy, vinyasa and qigong, breath, energy and alignment, meditation and mindfulness, and the philosophy beneath it all: yogic, Buddhist, and Daoist. Alongside it, the craft of teaching — sequencing, safe and caring hands-on assists, voice and chanting, and the art of really seeing a room.

why sound?

Sound moves through your body, mind, and energy — creating shifts you can feel.

mind & body in sync

The body finds its rhythm again. The mind slows, and you drop into something steadier.

energy in motion

Held tension begins to loosen. Tight places ease, and energy moves more freely through the body.

physical relief

Aches and stiffness ease, and the slow work of recovery has space to happen.

mood boost

Something lifts. A lightness returns — a small, real sense of feeling more like yourself.

inner awareness

You start to notice things — thoughts, feelings, the patterns you live by — with a little more distance and a little less judgment.

emotional release

Stress and what you’ve been carrying find a way to move through and clear.

focus & creativity

With breath and sound, the head empties out. Thinking feels easier, and ideas have room to arrive.

restorative sleep

The body remembers how to rest — helping you fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake genuinely restored.

Sound reaches so much — tension and pain, mood, focus, sleep, the way you feel in yourself. It works quietly, beneath words, in ways that are simple, natural, and easy to feel.
